Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement behavior management strategies.
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school setting is preferred.
