Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement behavior management strategies.
Provide ongoing training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
