Job Title: Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Yelm, WA
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
Caseload: Elementary School Students

Job Details:

Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students with various behavioral needs
Provide direct intervention and support to students in a school setting
Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs working with students
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a consistent and supportive approach
Provide training and ongoing supervision to RBTs to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications:

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
Washington State Licensure as a BCBA
Experience working with elementary school-aged children (preferred)
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
