Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Implement function-based interventions and monitor student progress.
• Use assessment data to guide instruction and create individualized work plans.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educators License (PEL) required.
• LBS1 Endorsement preferred.
• Expertise in conducting FBAs and developing and implementing BIPs.
• Strong ability to analyze and utilize assessment data to inform educational decisions.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12, district-wide caseload
• Hours per Week: 35 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary, based on experience
