We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Palatine, IL. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students, creating individualized treatment plans to address communication and speech disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students’ speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet students' needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success.
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, goals, and progress.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
ASHA certification preferred.
Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
