Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of 23 students across the district.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational staff.
• Track and document progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Travel between school sites within the district to deliver onsite services.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active California Physical Therapist license.
• Previous experience with school-aged children is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage a district-wide caseload effectively.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Itinerant across the district, serving various school sites.
• Hours per Week: 25 hours during the school year, with a flexible schedule.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive compensation.
