Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and effective virtual literacy and math instruction to students across K-12 grades.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address unique student needs.
- Use digital tools to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents, teachers, and staff to support student success.
- Track and report student progress while adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Vermont Special Education License (K-12 certification preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Prior experience in teletherapy or remote teaching preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate virtual learning platforms effectively.

- Location: Fully Remote (Serving Vermont students)
- Grade Levels: K-12
- Hours Per Week: Full-time
- Contract Type: 1099 Contractor
- Contract Duration: Current school year with potential extension for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
- Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
