Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and effective virtual literacy and math instruction to students across K-12 grades.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address unique student needs.
• Use digital tools to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents, teachers, and staff to support student success.
• Track and report student progress while adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Vermont Special Education License (K-12 certification preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote teaching preferred.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate virtual learning platforms effectively.

Position Details:

• Location: Fully Remote (Serving Vermont students)
• Grade Levels: K-12
• Hours Per Week: Full-time
• Contract Type: 1099 Contractor
• Contract Duration: Current school year with potential extension for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
