Looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of young students? We have an amazing opportunity for an RBT to work with K-2 students in Somerville, MA, in a full-time, onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention strategies with guidance from a BCBA.
Collaborate with educators and families to achieve behavioral goals.
Track and report on student progress regularly.

Required Qualifications:

Active RBT certification.
Compliance with Massachusetts regulations for practicing as an RBT.

Position Overview:

Caseload: K-2 students.
Work Hours: Full-time.
Weekly Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
