Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support to students with challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive learning environments
• Monitor and document student progress regularly

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with students with challenging behaviors preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

Position Details:

• Classroom: Middle School setting
• Hours per Week: Full-time
• Caseload: 6th and 8th grade male students

Weekly Pay:

• Competitive, based on experience
