We’re looking for an enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team in Bedford, IN! Support first and second graders full day, with a sixth grader for half the day in a full-time position. If you’re ready to contribute to a positive learning environment and assist students in achieving their goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Support students with various academic tasks in both group and individual settings.
• Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and behavior.
• Help implement lesson plans and provide individualized support for students.
• Encourage students’ growth in social, emotional, and academic areas.

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Paraprofessional certification is required or must be obtained.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.

Position Overview:

• Classroom Setting: Full-time with first and second grade students, part-time with a sixth grader
• Weekly Hours: Full-time (approximately 35-40 hours)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive and based on experience
