Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sign language interpreting services to K-12 students.
• Facilitate effective communication between students, teachers, and staff.
• Adapt interpreting techniques to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with the education team to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Sign Language Interpreter certification for the state of North Carolina.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required.
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.

Position Details:

• Caseload: K-12 students
• Hours per Week: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
