Adaptive Physical Education Teacher - Full-Time Opportunity in St. Paul, MN

Are you passionate about making physical education accessible to all students? We are looking for a dedicated Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to join our team in St. Paul, MN. This full-time position will allow you to work with students who require adaptive strategies to participate in physical education. You'll play a key role in promoting fitness, health, and inclusion in a school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement adaptive physical education programs for students with special needs
• Adapt activities to meet the unique abilities of each student
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience
• Monitor and track student progress in physical education goals
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment for all students

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Physical Education License with Adaptive Physical Education Endorsement required
• Bachelor’s in Physical Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience working with students with disabilities or adaptive education preferred

Position Details:

• Classroom: School-based Adaptive Physical Education
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K
• Contract Duration: ASAP - June 5, 2025
