$65-70/hr School Psychologist in Avery, California
As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in promoting students' mental health and academic success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
Candidate will be working 40 hours/week Monday through Friday with 2 elementary schools and 1 middle school.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field (required).
- California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology (required).
- Valid state licensure and/or certification to practice as a School Psychologist in California.
- Experience working in a school setting, conducting assessments, and developing IEPs (preferred).
