Job Description:
As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and other educational staff to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting students with classroom activities and assignments.
• Supporting students with special needs in adapting to the classroom environment.
• Providing one-on-one or small group instruction as needed.
• Monitoring and managing student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Assisting with classroom management and organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Associate's degree (preferred) 
• Experience working with children in an educational setting 
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Competitive weekly pay at an hourly rate, depending on experience.
