We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Assistants to join our team in Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
Help prepare materials for lessons and maintain an organized classroom environment.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities as needed.
Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans (IEPs) where applicable.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's degree or higher in education or related field (preferred).
ParaPro Certification will be required upon acceptance.
Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
