We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school team in Tonopah, AZ for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a Tuesday-Friday position working with elementary students.

Job Details:

School District Location: Tonopah, AZ
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday
Caseload: Elementary students

Qualifications:

Arizona Occupational Therapist License (Required)
National Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners (NBCOT) Certified OT (Preferred)
Sensory Integration Certification (Preferred)
Pediatric clinical or elementary school experience (Preferred)
Completion of six months of supervised clinical affiliations
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
AHCCCS number for Medicaid Billing (Must be obtained within four weeks of appointment)
