Bilingual Therapies is a dedicated group of bilingual professionals that share a common goal of providing quality services to the bilingual population. 

We provide bilingual speech-language pathology in a way that is sensitive to each client’s linguistic and cultural background.

As one way to meet this goal, Bilingual Therapies, Inc. offers scholarships to outstanding graduate students that support our mission! To qualify, students should be entering the final year of their graduate program, speak a second language at native or near-native proficiency and be interested in working with bilingual/bicultural children after graduation. The scholarship is an award of a $2500/semester stipend paid monthly up to the $5000 total award and is awarded to students in the final year of their graduate program.  We currently have a partnership with Northern Illinois University.  This partnership offer recipients a tuition waiver through the university in addition to the stipend offered by Bilingual Therapies, Inc.  Questions regarding tuition waivers or admissions should be directed to NIU.  

The Bilingual Therapies, Inc. scholarship award may be used for school-related expenses at any ASHA-approved graduate program. 

To apply for the Bilingual Therapies, Inc. scholarship, one must complete the application and interview process.  This includes a personal information sheet, a resume, reference checks, one short essay and an English & Spanish interview. 

If awarded a scholarship, the recipient is required to work full-time with Bilingual Therapies, Inc. for (1) year after graduation.  The employment period begins after graduation.
