The program offers a Master of Arts degree in Audiology, Rehabilitation Counseling or Speech-Language Pathology. Academic preparation is coordinated with extensive clinical experiences both on and off campus. Practicum experiences provide clinical growth through an extensive system of practicum settings. Students have the opportunity to learn to provide services using multiple approaches including family based treatment. Northern Illinois University's graduate specialization in speech-language pathology is fully accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Bilingual Therapies, Inc. and the Department of Communicative Disorders at Northern Illinois University will provide a graduate assistantship to qualified individuals.

• Bilingual Therapies, Inc. contributes a stipend for living expenses of $2,500 per semester.

• Northern Illinois University will provide a twelve-month tuition waiver. Rates may vary for out-of-state students.

• If awarded the scholarship, you must sign a contract to work full time for Bilingual Therapies for two consecutive years after graduation.

• You will be required to work 10 hours a week gaining specialized experiences relevant to the scholarship through Bilingual Therapies and Northern Illinois University.
